The Student Records office handles requests for information from archived cumulative records. This office contains all student records from the former Chattanooga Public Schools and Hamilton County Schools as well as schools within the merged system after 1997. The information typically requested includes:
High school transcript from prior years
Copy of diploma
Federal law allows information to be given to the STUDENT ONLY upon reaching age 18. The student must submit the request for it to be processed. We cannot accept requests from relatives, girlfriends or parents.
